As a result, Online and Mobile Banking is unavailable to customers from 8pm on Saturday 22nd until approximately 6.30am on Sunday 23rd. How do I verify my card?


You can verify your Tesco Bank credit or debit card by using a one-time passcode which we will send to the mobile number you have registered with us, or you can contact us on 0345 366 6643*.

If your mobile number has changed, please contact us to update your records.

  1. Open Wallet and select the card you want to verify
  2. Enter the code you received by text and tap ‘Next’
  3. After your card is verified, tap ‘Done’. You are now ready to use Apple Pay.


Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
