Who can I speak to if my Clubcard points are incorrect?

If you think you are missing Clubcard points, or your points balance is different on the Tesco Bank Mobile Banking App and the Tesco Groceries App, please call the Clubcard Customer Services team and they can help you with this.

Clubcard points can take up to 7 days after your transaction to be added to your account.

Clubcard points from Tesco Bank including points that you earn on the Clubcard Pay+ double points offer in the first 100 days from account opening can take up to 7 days to be added to your account. These will not show on your Tesco Groceries receipt, however they will be shown in the ‘Points’ tab of your Clubcard app up to 7 days after the transaction.
