S75 protection query

    Good afternoon,

    We purchased a brand new caravan last year and paid a £500 deposit using the credit card.

    Since purchasing we have had a number of issues including leaks.

    I believe the leaks have now been resolved however the water has damaged some of the interior.

    I have now sent numerous emails and left voicemails with the dealer but I am getting nowhere...the caravan is still.under warranty but without any response from the dealers about what is happening I am at a loss.

    Am I in my rights to start a S75 claim?
