Change credit limit to do a Balance Transfer

    Hi there,

    I'm slightly confused about my credit limit. I applied and was accepted for an offer via money supermarket to do a balance transfer. However, now I have the credit card the credit limit is really low and not reflective of how much I asked to transfer. I have to do the transfer within the first 90- days so I would like to establish if I have just received a card with a really low credit limit and its therefore pointless or whether I can change this so I can do the balance transfer.

    I'm sorry to hear about that. You will need to call us for this. You can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
