Activating new credit card

    Can I activate my new credit card without downloading the mobile app? I've tried several times to download the app. I get this msg

    "This Google Account is not yet associated with a device. Please access the Play Store app on your device before installing apps."

    Then when I try, I am unable to. I tried by another method and I'm asked for my mobile phone number. I changed my number a couple of years ago and this number isn't recognised. I'm not bothered about having the mobile app. So if I can activate without that would be great.

    @Ennyl16 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you're not able to activate the card via the mobile app, you can call us to activate your card. You will be asked to enter your 16 digit credit card number so please have this ready. If you’ve already registered for Online Banking you will also need to enter selected digits from your Security Number. If there are additional card holders on the account, then this will also activate their cards.
