How can I speak to a human regarding my new bank account?

    I've opened a bank account, but the experience has been terrible. I can't find a way of emailing or calling a human being who can help me.

    Does anybody know how I can make contact with a real person?

    In summary, I opened a new account, but have never received any correspondence, am unable to make a deposit and am now receiving emails from Tesco asking me to return paperwork that I didn't receive, and to top it all off, when I reply to their emails I get a bounce back with a dns error telling me that the Tesco email address is invalid.

    I'm about to abandon Tesco and open an account somewhere else.
