My Tesco bank credit card still hasn't arrived

    Hi All,

    I applied for a Tesco credit card and my pin arrived in November 2021 but I still haven't recieved my credit card. I called customer service a few weeks ago but they were unhelpful saying that there is no way of them checking anything. I assume the card has been lost in the post. What should I do at this stage? I haven't activated my card but am a bit worried that it might have fallen into the wrong hands.

    Hi @chakraram, sorry you've not received this yet. Following a successful application, you should receive your PIN within 3-6 days followed by your card within 5-7 days, so it looks like this may have been lost in the post. If you can give our Credit Card team a call on 345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm), my colleagues will be able to order a new one for you.
