Hi all, Please could I have some advice. I purchased a new Medion Laptop(Cost £369) in February last year so that makes the laptop 18 months old roughly, and now it does not work. I paid with my Tesco credit card and was hoping someone could help with this issue. As the laptop had only a 12 month warrenty I agreed with Medion to send the laptop back to them in Germany for repair at my cost of £123. They have now sent the laptop back to me unrepaired with a refund saying they are unable to get the part to fix the laptop and will email me when they do. It has been over three weeks now and despite numerous calls and emails I have had no reponse whatsoever. Their customer service is not good to say the least. I have read that under 'sale of goods act 1979' my statatuary rights give six years cover, so to speak, and fair usage and life expectancy of a new laptop is surely more than 18 months. Can anyone help or advise please. Many thanks in advance.
