Updating email

    Hi,

    Long time TESCO user, including Credit Cards and Savings, and newbie Car Insurance Policy holder. I have paid for my policy today, which commences on the 20th, but I have not received an email to confirm.

    I am concerned that when creating my online account, the username (Whicfh I of course changed) was an old, and defunct email address, and this is the contact email address that has been used. All my other TESCO accounts have my current address, although I used the login via a browser, which I still occasionally use for an old account that I was unable to add to my Phone-app, and I am wondering if it may have picked it up from there.

    Anyway, I have gone into "View Policy", and there is no option to "Make Changes", despite what I am seeing elsewhere. What am I doing wrong ?
