Why am I getting an error message?

    Hi

    I need to access proof of no claims however when i try to access my policy it will not open. You click it and it asks you to sign in again so you do and then it shows a message saying...

    “We Are Experiencing Technical Problems
    We're Sorry There's Been a System Error.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.

    We haven't been able to complete your request. Please try again. You may have to login again.

    We recommend you close your internet browser before trying again.

    If you continue to see this error, please contact us.

    I would be grateful if you could fix it or tell me how to view the information.

    Hi , I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with this. Can I check if the policy has expired? The No Claims Discount document is not uploaded until the policy has come to an end. However, if this problem persists can you send a private message to with your full name, DOB, postcode and reference number? Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.
