Can I request a balance transfer to my Tesco Bank Credit Card online?


Yes. You can request to transfer a balance during the online credit card application process. You can transfer up to 95% of your credit limit but you won’t be able to transfer a balance between Tesco Bank Credit Cards.


  • Log in to Online Banking and click on the arrow to expand your credit card account
  • Select 'Balance transfer' from the right handside
  • Read the important information and then select 'Next'
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer, check it's correct then select 'Next'
  • Enter the credit card number of the balance you wish to transfer and then follow the on screen instructions
