We cannot make any changes to any existing direct debits and you will need to contact the company directly to do this (unless this is for a Tesco Bank product).
Although we can cancel direct debits, you must provide 3 working days notice and we would always recommend cancelling this directly with the company as well. You can cancel your direct debits via Online Banking or by calling Customer Services. Once logged into Online Banking:
- Click on your account and then select Manage account on the right hand side. This will take you to your Account Overview page where you need to select the relevant account.
- Under the Move your money section, click Manage payments.
- You can then select the direct debit from the list, once selected please click Cancel.
