How do I change back to paper statements for my credit card account?

You can change back to paper statements by logging in to our Mobile App or Online Banking.

If you’re using our app, you can go to the settings menu and select the 'Paperless' option. Here you can toggle on or off the accounts you want to go paperless whenever you want.

For Online Banking log in and select 'Paperless preferences' from the 'Settings' menu at the top of the My Overview page.

Remember, if it’s just a one off paper statement you need for proof of income, identity or address, you can order one by calling us on 0345 300 4278* and we’ll send you one by post within 7-10 working days.

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
