I don’t recognise a transaction on my account?

Transactions can sometimes appear under a different name to the shop they were purchased in, which can cause confusion. If you aren't sure of a transaction, there a couple of things you can check:

  • Look through your previous statements to see if you have used this retailer before
  • Transactions can take a few days to come off your account so have a think if you have been anywhere different that this could relate to
  • Google the retailer as it may provide the name of the retailer
