To ensure we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers we’re carrying out some planned upgrades to our systems. As a result, Online and Mobile Banking is unavailable to customers from 8pm on Saturday 22nd until approximately 6.30am on Sunday 23rd. What happens if I have forgotten my PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN you can order a PIN reminder and it should be with you within 7 days. Log in to Online Banking, click on the arrow to expand your account and open the ‘Your Card’ feature by clicking the ‘More’ button:

  • From there you’ll be able to order a PIN reminder and we’ll pop it in the post to you.
  • If you have any additional card holders, you can order a PIN reminder for them as well.

If your PIN is blocked you will need to call us to unblock it first. You can call us on 0345 300 4278*, Textphone 01423 532 152 or +44 1268 508 027 if you're calling from abroad. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note, once you have received your PIN, you are able to change this to something more memorable at any ATM.
