Why have you sent me a new card for my Instant Access Savings Account?
New regulations mean that we need to upgrade the card for your Instant Access Savings Account to a chip and PIN card, which will replace your current magstripe card. We will also issue you with a new PIN for your chip and PIN card, which you can change at any Tesco Bank ATM. You will need to activate your new card, which you can do via www.tescobank.com or by calling Customer Service.
