Why have you sent me a chip and PIN card for my Instant Access Savings Account?
New regulations mean that we need to upgrade the card for your Instant Access Savings Account to chip and PIN. If you have received a chip and PIN card this replaces your existing magstripe card. Please activate the chip and PIN card, which can be done via www.tescobank.com or by calling Customer Service. Once you have activated your chip and PIN card you should destroy your magstripe card and begin using the chip and PIN card with the new PIN we have sent you.
