As a result, Online and Mobile Banking is unavailable to customers from 8pm on Saturday 22nd until approximately 6.30am on Sunday 23rd. Can our customer still use their own account?


If our customer has mental capacity, they will still be able to operate their account in the same way as they did before the POA was registered with us.
