What happens when or if our customer loses capacity?

When or if our customer loses capacity:
  • Our customer will be unable to operate their account.
  • Our customer will have their cards, telephone and online banking access revoked.
  • Our customer’s — and any additional credit card holders’ — cards will be revoked with no further spending available.
  • Our customer will be unable to open any new banking products.
  • The attorney will be able to manage our customer's savings or current account via their own telephone banking.
