To ensure we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers we’re carrying out some planned upgrades to our systems. As a result, Online and Mobile Banking is unavailable to customers from 8pm on Saturday 22nd until approximately 6.30am on Sunday 23rd. For any urgent queries during this time please call our Customer Service department. Sorry for any inconvenience.

What happens when or if our customer loses capacity?


  • Our customer will be unable to operate their account.
  • Our customer will have their cards, telephone and online banking access revoked.
  • Our customer’s, and any additional credit card holders’ cards will be revoked with no further spending available.
  • Our customer will be unable to open any new banking products.
  • The attorney will be able to manage our customers savings or current account via their own telephone banking.
