As a result, Online and Mobile Banking is unavailable to customers from 8pm on Saturday 22nd until approximately 6.30am on Sunday 23rd. How do I cancel a subscription?

If you have a recurring payment or subscription coming out of your credit card or current account that you’d like to cancel, you can either try to contact the retailer directly or contact us to stop future transactions.

So we can help you as quickly as possible, please make sure you have the following information to hand:
  • Your credit card number or your sort code and account number
  • The date and merchant name on the subscription transaction you want to stop (you can find this on Online Banking, the Mobile App or your paper statement)

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
