What do I do if my Tesco Clubcard Credit Card is damaged?

If your card has been damaged you can order a replacement and we’ll get a new card sent to you. Log into Online Banking, click on the arrow to expand your account and open the ‘Your Card’ feature by clicking the ‘More’ button.

  • From there you’ll be able to order a replacement card and we’ll pop your new card in the post and it should be with you within 7 days.
  • If you have any additional card holders, you can order a replacement card for them as well.
