Yes, you’ll need to speak to the claims team before you incur any costs or proceed with repairs or replacement of your lost or damaged items. The only exception would be in the event of an emergency. If you're covered under the terms and conditions of your policy, we'll consider reasonable costs you've incurred to prevent further loss.
