What happens if I have forgotten my Clubcard Pay+ PIN?

If you've forgotten your PIN you can request a PIN reminder which should arrive within 5 working days via post.

To do this, log in to the Tesco Bank Mobile App and choose 'Account Management' > 'Card Support' > 'Request PIN reminder'.

You can also call us on 0345 835 6295*. This service is available 24/7.

Please note, once you've received your PIN you can change this to something more memorable at any ATM.
