To make things easier for our customers who need a little extra help relating to sight, hearing, dementia and mental health, we’ve partnered with Experian™ to test a smart new idea.
We’ve invited a small group of our customers to test Support Hub – a new service that lets people tell multiple organisations about their support needs from one secure place.
If you’ve received an email inviting you to take part, and have relevant additional support needs then please visit the Support Hub to find out more.
We haven’t shared any data with Experian about those we’ve randomly selected to invite to test Support Hub. You’re in control of what you share if you choose to take part, and you’re free to opt out at any time. This info will only be used to help make sure you get the right support. It won’t be used for marketing or have any effect on your credit score.
