I’ve just got mine through as well, with the caveat of a potential 45 day period where they can try and claw it back.
I sent my stuff off on 23rd of September at about 8:55am but I have been badgering them fairly relentlessly to get updates so that may have sped it up. -

Just had my refund as well :-)
Straight back onto the credit card, which is ideal for me as it clears the cost of the new flights.
Had a text to confirm it had been processed.
Thanks to Tesco Bank for sorting, peace of mind if anything like this happens again.

Appreciate you may not be able to give definitive timescale on processing refunds, but do you have any estimates? I have booked our Villa in Orlando separately so are tied to a specific date for flying out next June. We have identified an ideal flight from a time and date perspective but as you will appreciate I don’t want to have to pay another £5000.00 hence keen to get an idea of when I will get credited for the previous cancelled flights to offset the costs ?

We’re glad to hear some of you have received your refunds. Our team are working hard to process the remaining claims as soon as possible.
, I’m afraid we can only send the refund back to the card used to make the payment. However, once we process your refund, you can contact our Credit Card team who can send the money to another account for you.

Hi ,I , like most people are still struggling to get a refund to my credit card for flights i will no longer be able to take.I submitted my claim on the 23rd Sept at 07:46 , got the generic email replies , have rung numerous times , after been on hold for over 20 minutes each time , have yet to receive any credit back. I am been told that they are working cases on a time received order , which isnt true as there are people on here who have had refunds , when there submission has been after mine.One agent told me that they had over 7000 in the first week.. What gauls me the most is that is seems the more vocal people complain , the quicker refunds are been issues.. no problem with the people who have been refunded , well done. But this whole process is beyond a joke from the a Tesco Bank point of view ! So . Tesco agents reading and responding to customers .. i feel your pain and its not your fault directly , but i need my claim handling swiftly so i can rebook flights to get home with the credit refund!
