Long time to open account

    Is it usual for it to take a long time to open a current account. I applied in Jan 5th and my account still isn't open despite signing and returning paperwork weeks ago.

    Hi , I'm sorry that you haven't heard anything about your application since signing and returning your paperwork. Can you send me a private message with your date of birth and postcode so I can check the status of the application.
