Hi, I've looked through all the Q&As and found the Chargeback form to fill in online but can't see how you start a Section 75 claim? Can you start one at the same time as a Chargeback or would you have to wait until a Chargeback is declined? Also what happens if a retailer has contravened the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but Tesco Bank refuse a Chargeback for that retailer, what recourse do you have? Thanks in advance.
