I just received a letter saying I was over my credit limit by 0.64 pence , which I fixed 4 days ago as soon as I noticed, so given the cost of postage probably was more than 64p how is this good business practice

Verified AnswerHi @paul123, as soon as a customer exceeds the agreed credit limit this will automatically flag up on our side and trigger a letter to make you aware. I appreciate this was a small amount but this would happen regardless of the amount. I'll pass on your comments as customer feedback today.
