I'm trying to order products online - it keeps telling me to go the app and authorise the transaction. Once authorised, I can continue with buying the goods. BUT where on the App do I go to ??? Bit confused, thanks

thanks Kelly, I couldn't find all my tesco log in details at the time so I just deleted the order & went into the shop today to buy the goods. But will keep your instructions for the next time I order online, thanks -

Hi Kelly, I am also having the same issue. I am getting the push notification. Once I clicked it, it opens the mobile app, asking me to enter the login credentials. It logs me into the app, but there is no way I can authorise after this

@nssdesikan Hey. Sorry you are experiencing this. I would suggest trying to delete and re-install the app. Can you also check there are no software updates required on your device. If you are still having issues after this can you please get back in touch. I hope this fixes the issue😃

@Joanne-D . I get the same issues. I have Face ID, when you click on the notification, it opens the app, and logs in. Once on though it’s unclear where to find the authorisation.request.
app is freshly downloaded.
can you indicate where in the app you can see pending authorisation request? -
