I wish to cancel a pending payment as the item purchased has not been supplied. What is the process for doing this?

Hey @Leosbestpal , I'm afraid that we can't cancel transactions once they have been approved. If the merchant isn't helpful in getting your money back, please click here to raise a dispute claim.
