I have twice eceived a letter "we need to confirm your email address" (it appears we don't have a correct email address on file for you).But I have checked my details in both Current Account and Credit Card (in two places in two different layouts !) and both show the correct email address.Is there a third place ?
This problem is stillongoing. I recommend (for people who went paperless to save forests) that you switch off Email Alerts until Tesco & BT resolve this situation.(there are 2 threads for this problem)
Update 18th Nov 2017. Tesco Bank have written to me about this problem. BT have refused to discuss the problem with Tesco, each time they raise the matter. BT say they will only deal with the BT customer, and have provided Tesco Bank with the complaints address: BT Correspondence CentreProvidence RowDurham**postcode removed**-----------------------------------------------------------Personally, I am going to try via email to BT first. Acccording to call centre, is a known problem for people with BT email address e.g. ... @btinternet.com during 2016 for some months now. Tesco & BT investigating. Ignore the letter once you have checked your emakil address for each of your Tesco Bank products. Could also affect gmail accounts, from what BrendonM commented. (SImplying it might be a Tesco problem and nothing to do with BT!)

I'm sorry you're still having problems with this, could you please send a message to with your DOB and postcode just so we can check this for you? When passing on your details, please insert a space between each character (apart from your name).
The only problem with these solutions for me is that I do not have a BT email address and I do not use gmail address, so it is more widespread and is also discussed under the heading " Strange letters from Tesco" in day to day banking from earlier dates.Perhaps it needs more intensive looking at Tesco Bank. Who really knows?

request by law enforcement or other government agencies;
a request by you;
unexpected technical issue or problem; and

Termination of your registration includes removal of access to all offerings within Your Community and may also prevent you from engaging in further use of Your Community. Rights to content

Indemnification
