I paid more than the minimum payment that was required - way before the set due date..however I have now been charged a late payment fee, and the new minimum payment amount that will be due soon has doubled??
Shouldn't the higher payments be checked and acknowledged - not penalised?

@avonn1 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. If you make a payment before your statement has produced, it will be classed as an additional payment and you will still need to make your minimum payment for your next statement. I hope this clarifies things for you.
