I recently paid off my tesco loan in full but haven't received an email or anything to say it's been received did it through bank transfer

You should receive your closing statement around 10 working days after settling the account.
If this timescale has passed and you haven't received it, then please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm) and they'll be happy to help.
