Locked out - No access to phone messages

    Hi,

    This morning I have been locked out of my account which I need access too.

    I can't reset password as the only way is through a text message which I do not have access too and can't due to being out of the UK on holiday.

    I can't call the centre either and there is no love chat to speak with someone to do reset with.

    This is a rubbish system and should be updated like other banks that send message via WhatsApp and other methods.

    Can anyone help me as I need to pay credit card as soon as.

    I'm sorry to hear about this situation you're in. We're not able to unlock your account here for security purposes, I'm afraid.

    I appreciate this will be frustrating to hear, however the only way to regain access to your account right away is to call us on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm). We also accept calls via Skype if that is more convenient. If you have access to your Current Account, you can make a Faster Payment to us. The account details to send the payment to are outlined here.
