    I have been struggling financially and have incurred late payment fees although I have always been able to pay within a few days. Other companies have kindly refunded these charges and I know when I worked for HSBC we used to refund a first offence. I really could do with some help especially from a company that I have spent about 250k with over the last 20 years or so
