    I have a Tesco Club card Pay +

    I have turned on notifications. How are the notifications delivered ? By text, email or some other means ?

    Is it possible to freeze and unfreeze the card. I can do this in other mobile banking apps that I use.

    Hey @SMR, thanks for your query😀.

    The push notifications will come through your banking app. Please make sure your notifications are switched on in the settings on your device.

    Currently we do not have the option to freeze your card on the app for our Clubcard pay + accounts. I can raise feedback to the business that this would be a useful feature.If you need help to freeze/unfreeze your card, please call our Clubcard pay + team on 0345 835 6295 (Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm) (Sat-Sun: 9am-3pm).
