When using my credit card in shops using a card reader my card is accepted and payment taken but when trying to pay for goods online my card is declined. I know that I have sufficient funds. My wife has the same problem when using her duplicate card. Can anyone enlighten to what the problem is?

If there are no blocks or restrictions, it could be a problem with 3D secure which is the system used to verify the card for online purchases. If this is the case, you'll need to call us to resolve this.
