Why havnt I received a renewed credit card?

    My tesco credit card runs out at the end of February and I have still not received a new card with one week to go. I called the credit card helpline and was assured that I would receive it but nothing has happened and its now getting a bit too close to the cut off date. Several of my recurring payees are asking me to urgently change my card details before this one expires. I'm not impressed! Can anyone shed light on this issue.

    Your existing card is valid until the last day of the month stated on your card. Your new card will arrive before this date (it's usually within 14 days, but sometimes it can arrive closer).

    If you still haven't received it by midweek, please call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
