I applied for loan, I got up to the bit where it gave me information on what I needed to prove identity etc…
now it says it’s timed out so I go to do a new one and it says that I’ve already applied
any help would be appreciated

As the application has timed out, you'll need to call us to progress with it. You can reach the Loans team on Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.
