Missing Savings

    Why have I only received the interest on my fixed rate savings account and not my savings when it matured on the 16th of May. My Account is no longer visible & I have not received my savings

    @DanDan91 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    Sorry to hear about this. About 2 weeks before your Fixed Rate Saver matures, we’ll get in touch to ask you what you want to do with your money. You'll have the following options:

    • Reinvest your savings for another fixed term
    • Open a different type of savings account with us
    • Withdraw your money and close your account
    You can visit our maturity page to learn more about these options.

    If we don’t hear from you before your account matures, we’ll send the interest you’ve made to your linked account. After this, your account will begin to earn our standard variable rate.

    If you call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) they'll be able to help with this.
