    Hi,
    I received a message from Tesco bank requesting more information about my chargeback and submitted more details via private message 15 days ago.
    However I have not received a reply. Should I expect an acknowledgement that the requested details have been received?

    I'm sorry to hear you didn't get a response to your private message you sent regarding your chargeback. I they needed the additional information to process your claim.
    I suggest you send Tesco Bank another private message asking for an update to your claim.

    Please click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with relative details.
    Once they've checked out your claim they will reply to your private message with an uppdate.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with the relative details.
    You will reply to your private message with confirmation.
