Accessing Account for old no claims?

    Hi,



    I am wanting to access my account to find some old documents, proof of no claims from tesco but I cannot seem to log into my account. Not sure if they delete them when they havent been used for a year or two.

    I am unable to speak to anyone has the phone line for insurance wasn't accepting calls at the moment.

    I couldn't find an email address to contact them either.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear you could not speak to someone regarding your no claims.
    Please note your Proof of No Claims is only valid for 2 year from the date your policy ends.
    I would suggest you call the Customer Service team on 0345 673 0000 to request this information.

    Alternatively you can send Tesco bank a private message from here to see if they're able to assist you.
    Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with details of your request.
    You will receive a reply to your private message.

    Proof of No Claims becomes invalid after 2 years has elapsed, from the date that your policy ended.

    Tesco Car Insurance team should be able to access your records to confirm.
