Today is Pancake Tuesday (also known as Shrove Tuesday), and I want to see your pancakes, so post them below! Unfortunately, I am on a diet so no Pancakes for me, but can't wait to see what the community has cooked up!

It's been many years since I've had pancakes.
When I did have them it was freshly squeezed orange juice straight from a fresh orange and a sprinkling of sugar.

Must say your blueberries (I love them fresh) and cream sound really yummy!!!
