My wife and I have credit cards on the same account, but it's not possible to enter two mobile phone numbers, so the number registered on the account is mine. From September, when SCA come in, how can she authorise an online payment if I'm somewhere else with my phone? By the way, neither of us wants the Tesco Bank app on our phone (and there's no room for it even if we did).
By the way, I've seen answers to queries on here where Tesco Bank has advised the member to send a message via the Tesco Bank web site. I've unsuccessfully spent 20 minutes on my PC trying to find where to do that, not even when using the link and advice given. Where is the link to send a message, please?
