I have a question regarding my statement.
My statement date is 8th but I noticed on Saturday morning which is the 7th my statement has been created. Can you tell me why it was printed a day earlier even thought it says the 8th??

Hi Gemma, if your statement date falls on either a Saturday or Sunday then it is normal that the statement would be printed a day earlier to prevent any delay in the statement reaching you. Thanks

The statement isn't produced until midnight on the Friday, available for you to view online as of 00.01. This automatically generates a statement to be sent out as of the Saturday but does take between 5-8 working days for you to receive this.
