I'm really sorry you're having difficulty with this. Have you read our FAQ's in regards to getting the app? There is some information which may help you get logged on here.
If this doesn't help then the security for your account may actually be locked which we would need to reset to get you back online in order to access the app. You can call our Online Helpdesk on 0345 300 3511, available 24/7, if this is the case.
