    i applied online and have received no confirmation to either confirm or decline. Ive tried to apply again incase it didnt go through but it wont let me in as it claims it recognises me!Any ideas?? wrote:

    • Once we're happy with the information you've sent, we'll fully approve your loan and pay the money into your bank account.

    Please note: your loan offer is valid for 30 days from the date you applied, so it's important you return your documents to us as quickly as you can.

    It sounds as though the application may have been started, but not completed fully.
    To get more information on this, it would be best to contact our Loans Team on 0345 600 6016 and they can check for you. They're open 8am - 8pm through the week and 9am - 5pm at weekends.
