I have tried calling but have had no joy. There is a fault with the mobile phone app. If you have two refunds on the same date with the same reference number and for the same amount only one shows up on the app. If you login to the web portal both transactions show correctly. How do i report this directly to tech support.

This is an issue we are aware of which is caused by a limitation in how our system displays these duplicate transactions on the mobile app. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, I'll certainly pass your message on to the relevant team. Once your monthly statement has been generated, you will be able to see each refund displayed there. I hope this helps!

@RossM different problem, the app stopped working on my android Samsung A21s phone since Saturday

I'm not aware of any issues @cleungs , can you try uninstalling the app then reinstalling from the Google Play store?
