Hi I applied for a loan on Thursday and went all the way through to the end, it said it had been submitted but would have to call the helpline for more information. No decision was given and I don’t know if it’s been accepted or they need more info. Haven’t had a chance to ring yet as been busy at work but wondered if anyone else has had this. Thanks
